Students may choose whether they wish to be credited for their contributions.

POV-Created Content:

• Content created by POV is owned by POV and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use or distribution of POV-created content is prohibited.

2. Permissions and Licensing

School Permissions:

• POV obtains permission from schools to share resources through written communication, typically via email. Schools may request a list of registered users with access to their dashboard, and POV will provide the full names of these users.

Content Licensing:

• Contributors agree to a non-exclusive license, allowing POV to use their content on the platform. Users must adhere to any specific licensing terms indicated for individual resources.

3. Use of Content

Personal Use:

• Users may access and use resources on POV for personal, educational purposes only. Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or reproduction of content is prohibited unless permission is granted by POV.

Sharing and Attribution:

• Users may share links to resources on POV but are not permitted to distribute the resources themselves without explicit permission. Content may include watermarks or other identifiers to prevent unauthorized sharing.

4. User-Generated Content

Agreement:

• Users agree not to share resources directly with others but instead direct them to POV for access. Any exceptions must be approved by POV.

Content Moderation:

• POV reserves the right to review, modify, or remove user-submitted content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and legal requirements.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Data Collection:

• When registering for an account, POV collects the user's full name, email address, and consent to terms of services and privacy policies.

Data Sharing:

• Data is shared with high-ranking school officials, such as rectors or principals, to verify who has access to their school's POV dashboard. Only the full names of users with access to their specific school's dashboard are shared. No other user data is provided to the schools.

Data Protection:

• Data is protected by Webflow, a trusted platform with robust security measures.

6. Dispute Resolution

Internal Review:

• POV will investigate claims and work with the involved parties to resolve disputes amicably.

Legal Recourse:

• In unresolved cases, parties may seek resolution through legal channels as appropriate.

7. Monetization and Funding

Revenue Generation:

• POV may generate revenue through Google AdSense and other potential monetization strategies. Any future monetization plans will be communicated to users and schools.
